Hi LC,
1. Fully charge your battery.
2. Pull the fuel pipe off the carb. Put the pipe in a container. Turn the fuel tap to 'Prime'. Fuel should flow freely. If not, you have a blockage that needs sorting. Replace the fuel pipe.
3. Fit new spark plug.
4. Check the valve decompressor is set up correctly and operates when you press the start button. If it doesn't work, check out the wireing to the decompressor solenoid and the solenoid its self.
5. Check for a spark. If there's no spark, check the wiring. Check the coil and the electronic ignition componants.
6. If the valve decompressor is working and you have a spark, go to 7.
7. With the fuel tap on 'Prime', start the bike.
This should work. You have fuel going into the carb and a spark. If it doesn't start, there may be a blockage in the carb or the float level needs setting.
